Oracle, Microsoft, I-Policy, NetBotz, HP/Compac, Dell and more as
needed.

be issued “To Avaya care of EMW, Inc.”, referencing
the following:

and shall only contain the information consistent with the
terms and conditions of Avaya’s GSA Schedule, including
GSA part numbers (Avaya Material Codes). Refer to http://www1.avaya.com/enterprise/
gov/gsaschedule for product specifics and Terms and Conditions.
EMW will bill the Government and accept payment in Avaya’s
name, in care of EMW, Inc.
All Orders received from Government End Users shall be governed
by and may only include terms and conditions that are consistent
with the terms and conditions of Avaya’s GSA Schedule,
unless expressly authorized in writing by an Avaya Government
Solutions Contract Manager. EMW will not accept any GSA Schedule
order that contains terms and conditions that are not consistent
with Avaya’s GSA Schedule or that have not been authorized.
