EMW Continues Its Success Story in Dubai
Dubai, UAE — Once
again, the EMW-Avaya partnership has stolen a march over its rivals
in implementing a convergence solution for Paris Gallery, the largest
beauty retailer and fashion arbiter in the UAE. The challenge faced
by Paris Gallery’s
communications team was to ensure that their consultants, who work
for renowned cosmetic companies, were able to stay in constant
contact with the head office as well as the showrooms, while keeping
the whole organization 'dial plan 'centralized, i.e. with extension-to-extension
dialing. Customers are thus able to call upon the overall expertise
of the Paris Gallery staff and seamlessly be directed to the specialized
knowledge offered by the individual consultants.
Paris Gallery chose EMW to implement the Avaya IP Telephony solution
across their showrooms primarily because of the end-to-end service
and support offered by EMW, who has the distinction of being a
gold-certified partner of Avaya. EMW delivered the Avaya system
with the underlying infrastructure with customary rapidity, bringing
it ready to service customers in a mere two days.
